Tuesday back to work.
Daniel started whinging just when the car turned at the library, he must recognize the route to nursery now, I was thinking. When we arrived at nursery this morning, there was already a baby crying same way as Daniel did on his first week and the baby boy is coughing as well...so Daniel is not the only sick child in the nursery, i also noticed there was a baby girl sitting on the floor who got running nose... It looks that there isn't much hope for Daniel to get better soon... I singed the Medical Consent Form for them to give Daniel Calpol during the day. Daniel has finished the course of antibiotic over the weekend, he wasted half bottle of the medicine as he spat it out when I tried to administrate the medicine on my own,in the end it became a two-person task like this; I held him firmly in my arms in a lying down position and Terry used a cartridge to push the medicine into his mouth.

Haha, sounds familiar. Isabel is very difficult too in terms of giving her medicine. It's always a two-person task for us and it looked like a battle.
But Isaac loves medicine, he gets excited when I say 吃药了. And he enjoys all medicine and always keeps saying "more 药药 please!". I hope Isabel will be like this soon.
Winter is the terrible season for kids especially if they are in day care centre. What I observed and heard from the teacher when Isaac was going to day care last year, EVERY kid had running nose almost all winter. So, don't expect Daniel to be the only healthy one in his nursery. As long as he doesn't have fever or other serious symptoms, it's already great! The positive side is, it is good for his immunity and he will be healthier next winter.
Oh, dear! 'Having a running nose almost all winter!' Those are the images of the snotty kids in victorian times! ;) Can't imagine Daniel going to be like this all winter...
Hope Daniel will be like Isaac on medicines. Daniel doesn't mind the paracetamol, he extemely dislike the antiboitic, which I reckon already being sweetened enough. Think about all these bitter chinese medicine we have to swallow when we were little!!
My kids haven't had any antibiotics so far. Hope they won't have to for as long as possible.
Yeah, those bitter Chinese herb medicine... Gee now you remind me of those old poor days. Kids are so lucky nowadays....
Hi long time no see. How is everything? Have been checking here but there is no update. Write a bit when you can so I know how you guys are going.
Take good care!
Hi, Li, thanks for asking. Been really busy last couple of weeks professionally and socially. On top of this, Daniel was really poorly (still not well). I took some time off to look after him...
And the router at home was broken last week, so wireless is not working for couple of days...
Anyway, I will try catch up sometime before we going away.
Hi good to know you guys are okay. I'm so used to knowing what you are up to, and felt strange if you don't update blog often. :)
Hope Daniel gets better soon. All the best!
